The first, legal supports which means, it needs fund and operational fund support to the regional government from PFMA to accelerate Cultivation Documents and Environmental Management. It also needs regulation to get solution on palm oil plantations in forest regions right on target, and ISPO legal condition should adjust to smallholders’ land documents.
The second, fund supports which means, smallholders need fund to get ISPO or RSPO certificate scheme for their operational, and the certification fund should be economic or funded by Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA).
The third, institution, infrastructure, and capacity supports. Yusro said, fund from PFMA could support to develop groups/unions/ or empower smallholders by training; infrastructures by having effective proposals which the smallholders easily access. (T2)
