InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – To realize sustainable palm oil plantation development nationally, it needs valid data about palm oil. That is why Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA) cooperates with Central Bureau of Statistic to get One Data of Palm Oil.
This is regulated in Regulation of Minister of Finance Number 113/PMK.01/2015 about Organization and Work Procedures of Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency, Directorate of Planning and Fund Management that carry out the Function of Research, Data, and Information Management. This is supported by Regulation Number 16 / 1997 about Statistic (Gazette of Indonesian Republic / 1997 Number 39 and President’s Regulation Number 39 / 2019 about One Data of Indonesia.
The MoU about Data and Information Exchange Cooperation about Palm Oil Plantation between PFMA and CBS is the commitment that it is important to get data as the support to realize every work program in PFMA and be in synergy with institutions that provide valid and reliable data
The cooperation uses “Mekanisme Nol Rupiah” that means, the cooperation is free of charge. Data exchange about palm oil plantations between PFMA and CBS uses data exchange system called Transdata
As in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Tuesday (25/1/2022), MoU about Data and Information Exchange is about to develop data about palm oil industries nationally to develop accurate and comprehensive data infrastructure to formulate optimal and comprehensive regulations to support and develop sustainable palm oil industries nationally.
The MoU was signed by Director of PFMA, Eddy Abdurrachman; Secretary of CBS, Atqo Mardiyanto. It is the realization of synergy between institution and the government to realize “Satu Data Sawit untuk Pembangunan Industri Kelapa Sawit Nasional Berkelanjutan”.
MoU of data and information exchange between PFMA and Central Bureau of Statistic proposed the theme “Satu Data Sawit untuk Pembangunan Industri Kelapa Sawit Nasional Berkelanjutan” that was conducted hybrid by implementing health protocol tightly at 10 AM at Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta. (T2)
