Finally, The Corruptors of Palm Oil Seed Procurement in West Sulawesi is Put in Jail

InfoSAWIT, MAMUJU – Finally Special Crime Team and Intelligent of Court of Pasangkayu put two corruptors of palm oil seed procurement in Plantation Agency West Sulawesi in jail, Class IIB, Mamuju.

Based on the sentence of Constitutional Court Number: 3829K/Pid.Sus/2021 on 15 November 2021, two crimes are Hasbudi Bin Camba is sentenced to five years in jail and fine about Rp 100 million subsidiary six months and should pay replacement money for about 1,6 billion, subsidiary one year in jail.

The other crime is Hamrullah Said, sentenced to two years in jail and fine Rp 50 million subsidiary three months in jail and pay replacement money Rp 80 million subsidiary six months in jail according to the sentence of Constitutional Court Number: 3813K/Pid.Susu/2021 on 18 November 2021.

As quoted from Radar Sulbar, Head of Legal Explanation Court of West Sulawesi, Amiruddin SH said, in a week, the crime – Hasbudi was searched by executor team that Court of  Pasangkayu, Muchsin ordered. But Hasbudi was no longer at his residence in Pasangkayu. He was in Malili, South Sulawesi.

“After communicating with his attorney, Ester, Hasbudi wanted to go back to Mamuju and executed by executor team of Court of Pasangkayu,” Amiruddin said, Friday (14/1/2022).

While Hamrullah Said was known in Mamuju and caught by executor team of Court of Pasangkayu.

“The sentence was conducted at Jail Class IIB, Mamuju on Thursday (13/1/2022) after they were checked in health and conducted Covid-19 rapid test,” he said. (T2)
