InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA - Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (IDX:SSMS) last week decided to respectfully dismissal Vallauthan Subraminan as Director and took Nasarudin Bin Nasir as Director of the Company and also M. Syafril Harahap as directors. 

Directors of SSMS are: Director: Nasarudin Bin Nasir, Directors: Jap Hartono and Syafril Harahap.

Director of SSMS, Nasarudin Bin Nasir said, the substitution of SMSS directors is strategic ways of the company to adjust the dynamic palm oil industrial development and group development as well. SSMS will fully commit to sustainability program.

He also mentioned that the company will continue every program which becomes the mainstay and power in business line. “And we will escalate the work to deliver management ease to develop business to get additional values to every stakeholder,” Nasarudin said to media, Monday (10/1/2022).

The former Director, Vallauthan Subraminam told, just like to develop the group, the new directors’ composition in SSMS should deliver security and increase work stability in the future.

“I personally congratulate for the new directors and thank everyone – the stakeholders of the company, and my friends for the opportunity and cooperation when I led SMSS,” he said. (T2)
