SOSA - A Manager of the Palm Oil Mill (PMKS), Karya Agung Sawita, PT, Ramli said that the purchasing of the cheaper Fresh Fruit Bunch from the palm oil farmers cause of the low quality of the FFB that supplied by the supplier and palm oil agent.
“The low of the buying-price from the supplier and palm oil agent that are collected from the palm oil farmers which supply FFB toward PMKS PT KAS, caused by the low of Extraction Oil Rate (EOR) from the bunch. Clearly, if they sell a copper, also we will pay with the price of copper not the price of a gold, we will got suffered,” he said as reported by Medan Bisnis, Monday (13th October 2014).
The low of the Extraction Oil Rate (EOR) from the FFB, Ramli explain that it cause of the uncertainty of the weather. (T3)
