CPO Prices at KPBN Inacom Still Withdrawn on Tuesday (July 1), Malaysian CPO Prices Remain Weak

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom experienced a withdrawal (WD) with the highest offer price at Rp13,525/kg on Tuesday (July 1, 2025), marking an increase of approximately Rp56/kg or 0.42% compared to the highest offer price on Monday (June 30, 2025), which reached Rp13,469/kg.

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the CPO price for Franco Belawan & Dumai opened at Rp13,575/kg but was withdrawn with the highest offer price at Rp13,525/kg.

Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, the price of crude palm oil (CPO) on the Malaysian Exchange weakened for the second consecutive day on Tuesday (July 1, 2025), dragged down by declining prices of competing vegetable oils in the Dalian and Chicago markets, as well as pressure from sluggish global crude oil prices.

The benchmark palm oil contract for September 2025 delivery on the Malaysian Derivatives Exchange (FCPOc3) fell RM29 per ton or 0.73%, closing at RM3,957 per metric ton during the midday trading break. This decline marks a continuation of the negative trend that began earlier in the week.

In foreign markets, the most active soybean oil contract on the Dalian Exchange (DBYcv1) fell by 0.15%, while the Dalian palm oil contract (DCPcv1) weakened by 0.24%. Meanwhile, soybean oil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) also recorded a slight decrease of 0.08%.
