Palm Oil Prices in North Sumatra Rise by Rp 73.07 per Kg for the Period of March 12-18, 2025

InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – According to the results from the pricing team for Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) of palm oil in North Sumatra, the price for TBS from palm trees aged 10 to 20 years has increased by Rp 73.07 per kg, bringing the new price to Rp 3,683.01 per kg for the period of March 12-18, 2025.

The following are the prices for palm oil in North Sumatra based on information from the North Sumatra Plantation Office: palm oil aged 3 years is priced at Rp 2,853.28/kg; 4 years at Rp 3,124.64/kg; 5 years at Rp 3,310.71/kg; 6 years at Rp 3,404.46/kg; 7 years at Rp 3,434.76/kg; and 8 years at Rp 3,526.86/kg.

For palm oil aged 9 years, the price is Rp 3,593.07/kg, while for those aged 21 years, it is Rp 3,675.68/kg, and for 22 years, it is Rp 3,627.25/kg. The prices for 23 years, 24 years, and 25 years are Rp 3,591.27/kg, Rp 3,472.28/kg, and Rp 3,365.73/kg, respectively. The price for crude palm oil (CPO) has been set at Rp 14,910.27/kg, and the price for kernel is Rp 12,680.00/kg, with an index of K at 92.80%. (T2)
