InfoSAWIT, PALEMBANG – According to the results from the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) price determination team in South Sumatra, the price for palm oil aged 10 to 20 years has increased by Rp 147.83 per kg, reaching Rp 3,612.61 per kg for the period of March 1-15, 2025, as announced on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Meanwhile, the price for Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) produced by farmers for the second period of March 2025 will be determined on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the South Sumatra Provincial Plantation Office.

Here are the palm oil prices in South Sumatra based on InfoSAWIT's findings from the South Sumatra Provincial Plantation Office: palm oil aged 3 years is priced at Rp 3,052.40/kg; 4 years at Rp 3,146.80/kg; 5 years at Rp 3,290.02/kg; 6 years at Rp 3,331.39/kg; 7 years at Rp 3,331.91/kg; and 8 years at Rp 3,438.20/kg.

For palm oil aged 9 years, the price is Rp 3,499.45/kg; for 10-20 years, it is Rp 3,612.61/kg; for 21 years, it is Rp 3,600.10/kg; for 22 years, it is Rp 3,603.80/kg; for 23 years, it is Rp 3,578.18/kg; for 24 years, it is Rp 3,474.41/kg; and for 25 years, it is Rp 3,483.83/kg. The price of crude palm oil (CPO) is set at Rp 14,879.96/kg, and the price of palm kernel is Rp 11,262.62/kg, with shell value at Rp 18.63/kg, and an index K of 91.79%. (T2)
