InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – According to the results from the price-setting team for Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) of palm oil in North Sumatra for the period of March 5-11, 2025, the price for TBS from palm oil trees aged 10 to 20 years has decreased by Rp 32.08/kg, bringing the new price to Rp 3,609.94/kg.

The following are the prices for palm oil in North Sumatra based on InfoSAWIT's investigation from the North Sumatra Plantation Office: palm oil aged 3 years is priced at Rp 2,799.25/kg; 4 years at Rp 3,064.21/kg; 5 years at Rp 3,243.00/kg; 6 years at Rp 3,334.64/kg; 7 years at Rp 3,365.49/kg; and 8 years at Rp 3,454.57/kg.

For palm oil aged 9 years, the price is Rp 3,520.38/kg, while for those aged 10-20 years, it is Rp 3,609.94/kg. The price for palm oil aged 21 years is Rp 3,602.41/kg, 22 years at Rp 3,554.19/kg, 23 years at Rp 3,518.37/kg, 24 years at Rp 3,399.88/kg, and 25 years at Rp 3,293.80/kg. The price for crude palm oil (CPO) is set at Rp 14,846.00/kg, and the price for kernel is Rp 11,400.00/kg, with an index K of 92.80%. (T2)
