This message was conveyed by Dwi Sutoro, Director of Marketing at PTPN III (Persero), during the Market Forecast and Refreshment Knowledge 2025 event titled Growth Together With Revenue Enhancement, held at LPP Garden Hotel, Yogyakarta, on Wednesday (February 26, 2025).
In a forum attended by leaders of PTPN Group's business units, Dwi Sutoro emphasized two important points that must be ensured. First, that every business unit must be part of the fast-moving train. Second, that every leader and their team must be ready to enter the carriage that is moving faster than before.
“Upgrading business processes without upgrading the skills and competencies of leaders and all supporting units will not yield optimal results,” Dwi Sutoro stated in information obtained by InfoSAWIT on Thursday (February 27, 2025). He also stressed the importance of balancing business innovation with the enhancement of human resource quality.
This event served as a reflection for PTPN Group leaders to understand the challenges that will be faced in the coming years. With increasingly fierce industry competition and dynamic market changes, revenue enhancement strategies must be supported by a resilient and adaptive team.
