InfoSAWIT, PALEMBANG – Referring to the results from the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) price determination team in South Sumatra (Sumsel), for period II-January 2024 (January 16-31, 2025), it was agreed on Monday, January 20, 2025, that the price for palm oil aged 10-20 years has decreased by IDR 219.57/kg to IDR 3,405.49/Kg.
Here are the prices for palm oil in South Sumatra based on InfoSAWIT's investigation from the Provincial Plantation Office: palm oil aged 3 years IDR 2,871.41/Kg; 4 years IDR 2,960.91/Kg; 5 years IDR 3,094.92/Kg; 6 years IDR 3,132.67/Kg; 7 years IDR 3,132.34/Kg; 8 years IDR 3,235.81/Kg.
Meanwhile, palm oil aged 9 years is priced at IDR 3,295.48/Kg; palm oil aged 10-20 years at IDR 3,405.49/Kg; palm oil aged 21 years at IDR 3,394.23/Kg; palm oil aged 22 years at IDR 3,398.92/Kg; palm oil aged 23 years at IDR 3,374.76/Kg; palm oil aged 24 years at IDR 3,277.24/Kg; and palm oil aged 25 years at IDR 3,286.95/Kg. The price of crude palm oil (CPO) is set at IDR 13,689.18/Kg, and the price of palm kernel (kernel) is IDR 10,788.63/Kg, with a shell value of IDR 19.27/kg, and an index of K 93.92%. (T2)
