InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was set at Rp 13,895/kg on Friday (January 10, 2025), marking a 0.77% increase or an increase of approximately Rp 106/kg compared to the highest CPO price offer on Thursday (January 9, 2025), which reached Rp 13,789/kg.

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the price of CPO Franco Dumai was set at Rp 13,895/kg. The price of CPO in Teluk Bayur was set at Rp 13,765/kg. The price of CPO in Talang Duku was set at Rp 13,695/kg.

Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, palm oil futures prices on the Malaysian Exchange rose slightly on Friday (January 10, 2025), following an increase in soybean oil prices on the Chicago Exchange, but are preparing for a second consecutive weekly decline.

The benchmark palm oil contract price FCPOc3 for March 2025 delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose RM 45 per ton or approximately 1.05%, to RM 4,341 (US$ 966.17) per metric ton at midday. The contract price has recorded a 0.89% decline during the week.

The most active soybean contract price on Dalian DBYcv1 rose by 0.19%, while the palm oil contract price DCPcv1 fell by 0.33%. The soybean price on the Chicago Board of Trade BOcv1 increased by 2.64%.
