InfoSAWIT, PALEMBANG – Referring to the results from the Fresh Fruit Bunch (TBS) price determination team in South Sumatra Province, the price for palm oil TBS for the first period of January 2024 (January 1-15, 2025) has been set on Friday, January 10, 2025, showing a decrease of Rp 113.36/kg to Rp 3,625.06/kg.

Here are the prices for palm oil in South Sumatra Province based on InfoSAWIT's investigation from the South Sumatra Provincial Plantation Office: palm oil aged 3 years at Rp 3,058.23/kg; 4 years at Rp 3,153.46/kg; 5 years at Rp 3,297.00/kg; 6 years at Rp 3,337.93/kg; 7 years at Rp 3,338.05/kg; 8 years at Rp 3,446.73/kg.

Meanwhile, palm oil aged 9 years is priced at Rp 3,509.39/kg; palm oil aged 10-20 years at Rp 3,625.06/kg; palm oil aged 21 years at Rp 3,612.77/kg; palm oil aged 22 years at Rp 3,617.14/kg; palm oil aged 23 years at Rp 3,591.37/kg; palm oil aged 24 years at Rp 3,487.14/kg; and palm oil aged 25 years at Rp 3,497.07/kg. The price of crude palm oil (CPO) is set at Rp 14,618.67/kg and the price of palm kernel at Rp 11,298.64/kg, with a shell value of Rp 19.27/kg, and an index of K 93.92%. (T2)
