InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – According to the results from the pricing team for Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) of palm oil in North Sumatra for the period of January 6-14, 2025, the price for TBS from palm oil trees aged 10-20 years has decreased by Rp 35.25/kg, bringing the new price to Rp 3,561.74/kg.

The following are the prices for palm oil in North Sumatra based on InfoSAWIT's investigation from the North Sumatra Plantation Office: palm oil aged 3 years is priced at Rp 2,761.42/kg; 4 years at Rp 3,023.03/kg; 5 years at Rp 3,200.05/kg; 6 years at Rp 3,290.51/kg; 7 years at Rp 3,320.75/kg; and 8 years at Rp 3,408.85/kg.

For palm oil aged 9 years, the price is Rp 3,473.63/kg, while for those aged 10-20 years, it is Rp 3,561.74/kg. The prices for palm oil aged 21 years is Rp 3,554.37/kg, 22 years at Rp 3,506.92/kg, 23 years at Rp 3,471.68/kg, 24 years at Rp 3,355.10/kg, and 25 years at Rp 3,250.72/kg. The price for crude palm oil (CPO) is set at Rp 14,524.44/kg, and the kernel price is Rp 11,362.29/kg, with an index of K at 93.33%. (T2)
