InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was set at Rp 15,245/kg on Thursday (28/11/2024), reflecting an increase of 0.53%, or around Rp 80/kg, compared to the price on Tuesday (26/11/2024), which was Rp 15,165/kg.
According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the price of Franco Dumai was set at Rp 15,245/kg, while the CPO price at Teluk Bayur was set at Rp 15,045/kg. Additionally, the price of Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) in Lampung was opened at Rp 24,963/kg, with a withdrawal (WD) and the highest offer being Rp 24,300/kg.
Meanwhile, Reuters reported that palm oil futures prices on the Bursa Malaysia strengthened for the fourth consecutive session on Thursday (28/11/2024), driven by higher vegetable oil prices on the Dalian Exchange due to more affordable prices.
The February 2025 delivery benchmark Crude Palm Oil (FCPOc3) contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose by RM 86 per ton, or approximately 1.79%, to RM 4,884 (US$ 1,099.01) per metric ton at the close of the session.
Additionally, the most active Dalian Soybean Oil contract (DBYcv1) increased by 0.1%, while the Dalian Palm Oil contract (DCPcv1) rose by 1.56%.
