InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – The official pricing team for North Sumatra's Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) has released its latest pricing update for the period of November 13-19, 2024. According to the agreement, the price of FFB for palm trees aged 10 to 20 years has risen by IDR 28 per kilogram, reaching IDR 3,603.68/kg.
The breakdown of FFB prices in North Sumatra, as reported by InfoSAWIT from the North Sumatra Plantation Office, is as follows: FFB from 3-year-old trees is priced at IDR 2,797.90/kg; 4-year-old trees at IDR 3,061.02/kg; 5-year-old trees at IDR 3,234.62/kg; 6-year-old trees at IDR 3,325.77/kg; and 7-year-old trees at IDR 3,358.13/kg. Additionally, FFB from 8-year-old trees is priced at IDR 3,445.45/kg, and FFB from 9-year-old trees at IDR 3,512.39/kg.
For FFB from trees aged 10-20 years, the price is IDR 3,603.68/kg. For older trees, the prices are as follows: 21-year-old trees at IDR 3,595.70/kg, 22-year-old trees at IDR 3,546.54/kg, 23-year-old trees at IDR 3,510.03/kg, 24-year-old trees at IDR 3,389.24/kg, and 25-year-old trees at IDR 3,281.09/kg.
Meanwhile, the crude palm oil (CPO) price has been set at IDR 15,094.07/kg, with palm kernel pricing at IDR 9,956.82/kg and an index K of 93.05%. (T2)
