InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp. 12.925/kg on Tuesday (17/9/2024) that meant to get cheaper Rp 110/kg or about 0,84% to Friday (13/9/2024) tender that was Rp 13.035/kg.

What InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, CPO Franco in Belawan and Dumai was Rp. 12.925/kg. CPO in Teluk Bayur was Rp. 12.795/kg. In Sei Tapung it was Rp. 12.905/kg. CPO in Talang Duku was Rp. 12.725/kg.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO contract price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got decreased on Tuesday (17/9/2024) when the trade was open after having holidays and after the decision in India to increase vegetable oil import tax to be 27,5 percent.

CPO contract price (FCPOc3) for December 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got decreased RM 60 per ton or about 1,59%, to be RM 3.715 (US$ 868,60) per metric ton in the midday. The contract got decreased 2,2% in last week.

India, the biggest vegetable oil imports, would manage basic import duty about 27,5% from the previous that was 5,5% on (crude) palm oil, crude soyoil, and sunflower oil that started on 14 September.

Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade BOcv1 got increased 0,14%. Dalian at China was close because of holiday.
