As quoted from Reuters, CPO contract price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper on Friday (23/8/2024), it ended the two session – increasing price I a row. It was the same with the cheaper soyoil price at Dalian and Chicago Board of Trade but the weekly price got increased in the last five weeks.

CPO reference contract price for November 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper RM 25 per ton or about 0,65% to be RM 3.810 (US$ 869,66) per metric ton in the evening.

Still from Reuters, CPO contract price at Dalian got escalated 0,52%, soyoil contract price at Dalian got decreased 0,24%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade got decreased 0,4%.
