InfoSAWIT, PALU – Governor of Central Sulawesi Province through Expert Staff in People’s Welfare and Government, Dr. Hj. Rohani Mastura officially inaugurated Palm Oil Plantation Human Resource Communication and Leadership Training for the planters in the province at Hotel Sutan Raja, Tuesday (20/08/2024).
In the speech delivered by Dr. Rohani Mastura, Governor H. Rusdy Mastura appreciated and thanked for the trainings. He emphasized the trainings would be important to develop human resources and increase the infrastructures to realize better and more sustainable palm oil plantations.
The trainings should be able to increase the planters’ participation to face the future challenges in plantation sectors. Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PO PFMA) should also play its roles to manage, distribute, monitor palm oil fund, support human resource development, and deliver infrastructure helps for the planters.
“Hopefully, the training would reinforce the planters’ competition to face plantation challenges in the future, help realize sustainable palm oil plantations,” Rohani Mastura said, as InfoSAWIT quoted from KBRN RRI, Thursday (22/8/2024). (T2)
