As quoted from Reuters, CPO contract price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got increased on Friday (9/8/2024), it happened for the increasing vegetable contract price at Dalian and Chicago, and also crude oil got more expensive. Sadly, weekly CPO contract price got decreased for three weeks in a row.
CPO reference contract price - FCPO1 for October 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got escalated RM 42 per ton or about 1,13%, to be RM 3.746 (US$ 848,47) per metric ton in the closing session.
CPO contract price got decreased 4,37% for last week after it did decrease 1% in the two weeks prior.
Still from Reuters, soyoil contract price at Dalian (DBYcv1) got increased 0,32% CPO contract price (CPO1) did increase 1,44%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade did too 0,22%.
