InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – In the event “Malam Apresiasi dan Penghargaan Hari Pajak 2024” in the Headquarter of General Directorate of Tax, Friday, 26 July 2024, Musim Mas Group, a biggest palm oil integrated company in the world, was acknowledged as one of 20 biggest taxpayers in Indonesia.

The event was attended by General Director of Tax, taxpayers, other stakeholders and mass media. General Directorate of Tax handed over the award to Musim Mas Group for its big contribution to escalate the tax numbers for the country.

Director of PT Musim Mas, Gunawan Siregar was grateful for the award. He emphasized that the company would always be committed to always develop by consistently paying tax right on time. Siregar also said that the award would reinforce the commitment of Musim Mas to support the government in sustainable development.

Besides focusing on the tax, Musim Mas is known because of its responsible and transparent business practices. The company believed paying tax right on time would be integral part of social responsibility and real contribution for the country and the people.

In his speech, General Director of Tax, Suryo Utomo emphasized that tax would play significant roles to develop this country. “Tax is the must to be paid for the country’s interests,” he said while emphasizing that tax obedience would support the development nationally, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Saturday (3/8/2024).
