InfoSAWIT, KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) reported its successful collaboration with Les' Copaque Production Sdn Bhd, the animation studio behind the popular series for children, Upin and Ipin. The special episode about ‘palm oil’ successfully got incredible show because it was watched by more than six million times in YouTube after nine days since it was released.
The episode would be about to educate the young watchers (generations) and families about the advantages and sustainability of Malaysia’s palm oil. With interesting stories and famous characters, the episode successfully explained the complex topics within easy ways and very fun.
Managing Director of Les' Copaque Production, Tuan Haji Burhanuddin Md Radzi, was satisfied for the incredible response from the audiences. “We are very proud of the warm responses to Upin and Ipin episode that discussed about sustainable palm oil in fun ways for the children and their families,” he said, as InfoSAWIT from MPOC, Friday (2/8/2024)
CEO of MPOC, Belvinder Sron did appreciate the partnership. “The collaboration with Les' Copaque Production would be priceless. The numbers of spectators were incredible. This is a successful episode to escalate the awareness of sustainable palm oil in Malaysia. We do belived the collaboration would be the significant thing to educate the people about the environmental and economic advantages in our industries,” he said.
The collaboration would be part of MPOC to promote sustainable palm oil and educate the consumers about the positive impacts. By taking advantages on the popular series of Upin and Ipin, MPOC successfully got wider spectators to escalate the understanding and appreciation in Malaysia’s palm oil sectors.
MPOC and Les' Copaque Production hoped to continue the collaboration to inform the good message through innovative, useful and interesting media in the future. (T2)
