InfoSAWIT, KETAPANG – Tens of planters as the assistants and senior assistants in the group of PT Sawit Nabati Agro – IOI Group just conducted leadership and competencies improvement for planters training.

It was part of professional refreshment training that PT Daya Guna Lestari trained as part of sustainability program of the previous leadership academy program. It was also abuot to escalate the competence particularly in leadership as the main value of IOI Group.

The training was running in one subsidiary of SNA Group, PT Sukses Karya Sawit, West Kalimantan Province on 4 - 5 June 2024. It was joined by about 50 planters from the subsidiaries of the group, including PT Berkat Nabati Sejahtera, PT Sukses Karya Sawit, PT Bumi Sawit Sejahtera, and PT Kalimantan Prima Agro Mandiri. The participants were divided into two batches.

Vinoth Arumugam, Plantation Controller Region 1 said that the leadership and competencies improvement for planters’ program was formulated to train the good leadership and make the participants be the role model with the trainer.

“The materials delivered would be very useful for the planters in the refreshment traiing program. We do appreciate Director of PT Daya Guna Lestari, Louis Sastrawijaya as the number one motivator in Indonesia, and Abdul Hamdan Nasution as the professional planter,” he said, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Tuesday (4/6/2024).

In his speech, Director of PT Daya Guna Lestari, M. Gema Aliza Putra did appreciate PT Sawit Nabati Agro – IOI Group that entrusted PT Daya Guna Lestari to deliver the program to escalate human resource competency, namely the professional planters in PT Sawit Nabati Agro – IOI Group.
