CPO Tender at KPBN Inacom Got Cheaper on Wednesday (8/5); Malaysia Exchange Got Increased

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp 12.155/kg on Wednesday (8/5/2024). It means to get cheaper Rp 27/kg or about 0,22% to Tuesday (7/5/2024) tender that was Rp 12.182/kg.

What InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, CPO Franco in Belawan and Dumai was Rp 12.155/Kg. In Teluk Bayur it was Rp 12.025/Kg. In Kembayan it was Rp 11.805/Kg but in withdraw (WD) with the highest bid Rp 6.500/Kg. Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung was Rp. 15.548/Kg, but in WD with the highest bid Rp 7.350/Kg. 

CPO price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got escalated for the third session in a row on Wednesday (8/5/2024), when other vegetable oils got escalated at Dalian because ringgit currency got decreased toward US dollar and this supported to the (CPO) price.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract for July 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got escalated RM 24 per ton or about 0,61% to be RM 3.954 (US$ 833,56) per metric ton. It got cheaper 0,15% in just one night.

Soyoil contract price at Dalian got escalated 0,64%, CPO contract price did too 1,09%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade got cheaper 0,65% when many did profit taking.
