InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The implementation of business analystics for palm oil industries would be the key to escalate efficiency, plantation productivity, and sustainability. It was told by Prof Arif Imam Suroso when delivering professor’s scientific oration at Sekolah Bisnis Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) University by the late of April 2024 that InfoSAWIT attended.

Prof. Arif also explained that business analytics would deliver deeper analysis to palm oil issues in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive ways.

“The output of deeper analysis to palm oil industrial issues in Indonesia would reinforce business competition by formulating policies for every stakeholder,” Prof. Arif who is also the member of Perhimpunan Ekonomi Pertanian Indonesia (PERHEPI), said.

He also mentioned that the output of analysis would be the consideration for many determinant competitions and the implementation to the next reinforcement.

It would be the way to reinforce palm oil plantation competition which get the leads and good collaboration among palm oil industrial stakeholders.

It would positively contribute to the economic progress, inclusively escalate social and environmental advantages and would reinforce competition in the global level that would be effective and efficient by combining the data and right analysis technics. (T1)
