InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Stock price of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) keeps decreasing since the early of 2024. In one month, it got correction about 4,55%. It could be seen in annual performance. AALI stocks got correction about 2,85% year-to-date (ytd).
This showed continuous pressure in AALI stock performance in the last trade period. Then, AALI has to accept that three directors in the company resigned.
AALI as one palm oil plantation and crude palm oil industry announced that three directors in the company resigned. It happened in the context of the changing directors in the internal company.
Documents to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) confirmed that on 4 March 2024, the company got resignation documents from Mario C. Surung Gultom; Rujito Purnomo; and Said Fakhrullah from their positions as directors of the company.
As quoted from Bisnis, the official documents referred to the Regulation of OJK Number 33/POJK.04/2014 about Directors and Commissioner Board or Public Company. The signature of Mario C.S. Gultom, who was a director at AALI, confirmed the resignation as the available regulations.

Mario Casimirus Surung Gultom
Mario Gultom, an Indonesian citizen was a director of AALI since 2017 and he was also the secretary of the company. He did involve in many key positions in the company since 2000s, including as Deputy Director of Research and Development, and President Director in many AALI affiliations in many regions.
Mario Gultom graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi, Jakarta.
Rujito Purnomo
Rujito Purnomo had been a director at AALI since 2017. He got many experiences in plantation management namely in rubber. Prior, he did get many important positions in the company and its affiliation in many regions in Indonesia.
Rujito Purnomo graduated from INSTIPER Yogyakarta.
Said Fakhrullah
Said Fakhrullah had been a director at AALI in 2019. Prior, he got many experinces in project development and management in plantation sectors. He got many important positions in the company and its affiliations in many regions.
Said Fakhrullah graduated from Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung. (T1)
