InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was Rp 11.725/kg on Tuesday (6/2/2024). It means it increased Rp 175/kg or about 1,52% to Monday (5/2/2024) tender that was Rp 11.550/kg.
What InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, CPO Franco Belawan, Kuala Tanjung, and Dumai was Rp 11.725/Kg. In Talang Duku it was Rp. 11.525/Kg. In East Kalimantan it was Rp. 11.325/kg but in withdraw (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 6.501/kg.
Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung was Rp. 12.301/kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp. 7.501 /kg. CPKO in Dumai was Rp 12.522/kg.
CPO price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange prolonged the increasing price for the second session on Tuesday, (6/2/2024) as soyoil got more expensive at Chicago Board of Trade and CPO contract price at Dalian Exchange. This was supported by the decreasing production expectation in Malaysia.
As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for April 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased RM 23 per ton or about 0,60% to be RM 3.825 (US$ 803,57) per ton in the midday.
