CPO Tender at KPBN Increased on Friday (2/2), Weekly Price Decreased 3,14 Percent

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was Rp 11.636/kg on Friday (2/2/2024). It means to increase Rp 4/kg or about 0,03% to Thursday (1/2/2024) tender that was Rp 11.632/kg.

What InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, CPO Franco in Belawan was Rp 11.636/Kg. CPO in Dumai was Rp. 11.636/Kg but in withdraw (WD) with the highest bid Rp 11.535/Kg.

Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung was Rp 12.332/Kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp. 7.405/Kg.

What InfoSAWIT calculated on 29 January – 2 February 2024, CPO average price decreased about Rp 382,60/kg to be Rp 11.785,40/kg or about 3,14% to the previous weekly price (22 - 26 January 2023) that was Rp. 12.168/kg.

CPO price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange did decrease in the fourth session on Friday, (2/2/2024) to be the worst week in the last nine months, after traders from India imported vegetable oils and they got cheaper.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for April 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper RM 18  per ton or about 0,47% to be RM 3.780 (US$ 799,83) per metric ton in the launch break.
