InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was Rp 12.150/kg on Tuesday (23/1/2024). It means it got better Rp 50/kg or about 0,4% compared to Monday (22/1/2024) tender that was Rp 12.100/kg.
What InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, CPO Franco in Belawan was Rp 12.150/Kg. In Dumai it was Rp. 12.150/Kg but in withdraw (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 12.100 /Kg. In Talang Duku it was Rp. 11.950/Kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp. 11.693/Kg.
Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung was Rp. 12.155/Kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp. 8.000/Kg. CPKO in Dumai was Rp. 12.376/kg.
CPO price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange also escalated on Tuesday (23/1/2024) when weather forecast stopped the loss in the previous session, including the decreasing of Malaysian ringgit. But the cheaper vegetable oils restricted the increasing price.
As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract with the code FCPOc3 for April 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange escalated RM 55 per ton or about 1,41% to be RM 3.959 (US$ 836,47) per metric ton in the morning session.
