CPO Tender at KPBN Increased 0,83 Percent on Friday (19/1), Weakly Price Increased 3,2 Percent

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was Rp 12.100/kg on Friday (19/1/2024), It means it increased Rp 100/kg or about 0,83% compared to Thursday (18/1/2024) tender that was Rp 12.000/kg.

What InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, CPO Franco in Dumai was Rp 12.100/Kg. In Belawan it was Rp. 12.100/Kg but in withdraw (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 12.015/Kg. In Talang Duku it was Rp. 11.900/Kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp. 11.795/Kg

Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung was Rp 11.900/kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp 10.006/kg.

What InfoSAWIT calculated on 15 - 19 January 2024, CPO at KPBN increased about Rp 370/kg to be Rp 11.929/kg or increased about 3,2% in average compared to the prior week (8 - 12 January 2023) that was only Rp. 11.559/kg.

CPO price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased on Friday (19/1/2024) heading to the second week in a row. It happened for the stagnant production and expensive other vegetable oils.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract with the code FCPOc3 for April 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased RM 21 per ton or about 0,54% to be RM 3.919 per ton in the midday. In this week, it escalated about 1,56%.
