InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – When trying to remain optimal productivity, the sale decreased 27,7% to be Rp 377,26 billion compared to 2022 one that reached Rp 521,54 billion in the same period. “The decreasing sale happened for the decreasing internal production in the same time with decreasing average selling price,” PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk., mentioned as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Tuesday (31/10/2023).
The gross profits in 1H23 also decreased 48,6% to be Rp 179,46 billion from Rp 349,12 billion in 1H22. Gros margin decreased to be 47,6% in 1H23 from 66,9% in the same period last year. Besides, operational profits in 1H23 decreased 65,7% to be Rp 88,57 billion with the pressure of operational margin to be 23,5% from 49,5% in the same period last year.
The net profits of the company in 1H23 decreased 72,4% to be Rp 49,18 billion from Rp 178,01 billion in 1H22. It managed to decreasing net profit margin to level 13,0%. For a note, some strategic developments by the company were from internal fund.
The asset of CSRA in 1H23 was Rp 1,81 trillion, higher than it on 31 December 2022 which was Rp 1,78 trillion. Meanwhile total liability of the company in 1H23 reached Rp 795,33 billion or decreased compared to Rp 872,13 billion by the late of 2022.
Though everything might decrease, CSRA noted, the financial performance could be categorized as good semi-annual achievement if compared to the same period before Covid-19 hit. This derived from the control strategy combination that operational management of the company did. It means, yield from fresh fruit bunch remains well at about 8,6 tons per hectare.
The total planted plantations of the company laid about on 19.148 hectares (ha). From the numbers, 16.439,7 ha have been mature. In general, the plantation profile of the company is categorized productive. 4 to 7 year old – plantations laid on about 2.610,84 ha while 8 - 17 year old – plantations laid on about 11.125,93 ha.
“In a whole, the company anticipated developing production trend for the long period by considering relative mature plants and potentially keep escalating productivity as same as the plants grow,” CSRA noted. (T2)
