InfoSAWIT, BOGOR – In a discussion about Rencana Pelaksanaan Program dan Rencana Kerja Year old FFB isan (RPP-RKT), Head of Department ESG PT. Bio Inti Agrindo (BIA), Bae Gyutae, said that it needs cooperation in many sectors to conserve the nature.

Gyutae told the work plans that many parties did, emphasized that it needs to immediately be implemented. “We hope multi-party cooperation would be immediately running,” he said, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Thursday (26/10/2023).

Director of Perencanaan Kawasan Konservasi (RKK), Munawir said that it needs to immediately plan everything to conserve the nature. He also warned about the future challenges namely long dry season that is caused by climate phenomenon, El Nino.

Available preparation, infrastructures to extinguish the fire would be very significant. “The successful key in the cooperation would be the good communication among many parties. Every party should agree about involving the local participation which is the key factor to manage (a) regions sustainably,” Munawir said.

He also emphasized that the collaboration should cover region protection, people’s empowerment, institution reinforcement, natural diversity conservation. That is why it needs to support natural diversity conservation by having inventory and monitoring plants and wildlife.

Besides, transit facility to release animals, fire monitoring and patrol that involves the local would be part of integral of everything and these would be implemented through the partnership between Masyarakat Mitra Polhut (MMP) and Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA). (T1)
