The Result of Palm Oil HR Scholarship Selection: Are You In?

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The result of palm oil human resource (HR) selection has been announced after having close process. With the fund support from Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA), General Directorate of Plantation Ministry of Agriculture did selection nationally to get Vocation and Academic Scholarship for palm oil plantation sectors in 2023. The program is about to empower young generations in palm oil to sustainably escalate palm oil plantation industries both in and other countries.

The scholarship program would be the strategic way to get competent individuals in palm oil sectors. By focusing vocation education Diploma (D)I, DII, DIlI, and DIV, and also academic level (Undergraduate), the program took many levels of education to widely participate and develop palm oil plantations.

There were five lanes of registration to get Palm Oil HR Scholarship in 2023, such as, the first, from the planters and their families – this is widely provided for children, wives, husbands of the planters; the second, from workers/employees – this is widely for individuals that work in cultivation and/or industries.

The third, from families of workers/labors – this is for families (children, wives, or husbands) of the workers/labors in cultivation and industries; the fourth, from those who become coordinators and members of cooperation/institution – this for those that involve in management, membership or work in cultivation, process, and/or services in palm oil plantations.

The fifth, from government’s officers or pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) – this is for those who want to contribute in palm oil plantation industries.
