Apical Launched New Package of Minyakita and Educated HRP at Rp 14.000,00/ liter

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Apical Group, one advance vegetable oil company and healthy and sustainable palm cooking oil producer, during fasting days, did educate people about high retail price (HRP) of Minyakita at Rp 14.000,00. The company did bazar of Minyakita to the society.

The bazar ran in many regions in Indonesia to help and support Minyakita available in Ramadhan days for the people. Minyakita is produced by Apical through PT Asianagro Agungjaya (PT AAJ) in new package.

For information, the government through Ministry of Trade launched Minyak Goreng Kemasan Rakyat (MGKR) program with the brand Minyakita. It involves stakeholders, such as, Apical. The policy is regulated in the Regulation of Minister of Trade Number 41 / 2022 about Minyak Goreng Kemasan Rakyat Governance that started on 8 July 2022.

The bazar and HRP education that Apical did were about to anticipate palm cooking oil, Minyakita price which was more than HRP. It took place in many regions namely in fasting days and heading to Idul Fitri.

Head of Industry & Government Relations Apical Group, Manumpak Manurung said, by the activity namely in fasting days, Apical tried to support the government by providing palm cooking oil at the right HRP for the society. We also want to inform that if the people find Minyakita which Apical produced, is sold more than HRP, they can report it to Apical through minyakita@apicalgroup.com by telling where the location is. “We would report to the regulator to be followed up,” he said, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT recently.

When the bazar and HRP education ran in fasting days, Apical was in collaboration with PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) as food Enterprises holding to distribute Minyakita in traditional markets in Indonesia, just like the government regulated.

Minister of Trade, Zulkifli Hasan did see the bazars in Ramadhan days so that the people could get their daily needs.

"Alhamdulillah, by the Ramadhan bazars many could get their daily needs for lebaran, such as, flour, sugar, palm cooking oil, just like what the government decided the price. If it is heading to lebaran, many products would be more expensive. By having bazar in Ramadhan, hopefully that the products would not be more expensive,” Minister Zulkifli Hasan said in his visit at the office of Sub district of Kebayoran Baru and Kalibata City, South Jakarta, Tuesday (4/4).

Besides, Apical did deliver the education about HRP and palm cooking oil bazars in many traditional markets in Jakarta since February 2023. The company took participation in bazars that government of Jakarta did, such as, in Ministry of Agriculture. Not only that, it happened in some regions, such as, in Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojosari, Jember, Madiun, Magetan, and Malang.

Meanwhile, Head of Commercial B2C Apical, Ardiahty Bachtiar said the new package of Minyakita is about to introduce to the people what Apical produced in Minyakita. “The new package of Minyakita is different from the old one. The new one is to show more about Apical identity, which is, in the same color of package with the logo of the company. We hope the people know it more for offering different values and would be the main option for the people to select Minyakita that Apical produced,” Ardiahty within her nickname, Diah told.

Diah also mentioned, new package of Minyakita is about to make the same package of it both what Apical or other re-packers produced. The new package would be seen in the form of 1 or two liter – bottle, pillow, refill, pouch, or jerry can – packages. (T2)
