IPOA: Could be the Big Palm Oil Plantation Organization in Indonesia

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Indonesian Palm Oil Association (IPOA) is the big palm oil plantation organization in Indonesia and needs big supports from its members.

Field Chairman in Agro-Industry, IPOA, Dwi Sutoro said IPOA could be the big organization to the survival of palm oil plantations in Indonesia. As the biggest crude palm oil (CPO) producer in the world, palm oil plantations in Indonesia always implement the best and sustainable cultivation and known as the biggest sustainable CPO producer in the globe.

As a director at PT Perkebunan Nusantara Holding, Dwi Sutoro also emphasized that IPOA should defend its members’ interests. He thought, the successful palm oil plantation development should be the important moment for energy and food security nationally.

“Palm oil should be source of food and renewable energy for Indonesia and the world,” he said to InfoSAWIT, Tuesday (28/2/2023)

Dwi continued it is important to get food and renewable security from palm oil. IPOA as palm oil plantation organization should get supports from its members and to defend its members’ interests.

“In the future, IPOA could be the modern and advance organization as the credible partner of the government to defend its members’ interests,” Dwi said. (T2)
