InfoSAWIT, KETAPANG – Palm oil plantation company, PT Kayung Agro Lestari (KAL), the subsidiary of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ) got Penghargaan Wajib Pajak Air Permukaan (PAP) – the highest award in plantation sector in West Kalimantan in 2022. The award was symbolically handed over by West Kalimantan Secretary, dr. Harisson, M.Kes to the representative of KAL in the commemoration of West Kalimantan anniversary at the yard of West Kalimantan Governor Office, City of Pontianak, Saturday (28/1/2023).

The award is the appreciation to many companies that obey and pay tax. The ceremony was attended by governor, mayors, and regents, members of Legislators, leaders of regions, heads of agencies, government’s officers, heads of villages, and figures in the province.

Governor of West Kalimantan, Sutarmidji told, the good cooperation among every component which made regional revenue in 2022 from tax, was much more than the numbers in 2021. This would support many development sectors that West Kalimantan Province has done both in infrastructures, education, health, and others.

Meanwhile Director of KAL, Jerileva Purba hoped the award for KAL would always contribute to develop the country, namely West Kalimantan, namely to obey every available regulation.

“The award is one commitment and consistency of KAL to realize the government’s regulation. Besides, KAL would keep doing the best to contribute and obey every regulation to develop the province namely District of Ketapang,” Purba said, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Friday (3/2/2023).
