InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) got cheaper again to be Rp 11.078/kg on Friday (2/9/2022), It means, it got cheaper Rp 312/kg compared to Thursday (1/9/2022) tender which was Rp 11.390/kg.
From what InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, in Belawan and Dumai it was Rp 11.078/Kg. In Teluk Bayur and Talang Duku there was no information.
Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung it was Rp 13.332/Kg but in withdraw (WD) status with the highest bid Rp 6.477/Kg.
The cheaper CPO tender could be happening for the cheaper CPO in the globe namely at Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange to the lowest level in the past one week because other vegetable oils get cheaper and the production prediction which could be abundant in the peak season.
As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract at FCPOc3 for November 2022 delivery at Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper RM 67 per ton or decreased 1,62% to be RM 4.077 (US$ 909,64) per ton in the midst day on Thursday. It was the cheapest since 24 August.
