InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) price to decide Out Fee (OF) on 1 – 15 September 2022 is US$ 929,66/metric ton (MT). It is more expensive US$ 29,14 or increasing about 3,24 percent from 16 – 31 August 2022 which was US$ 900,52/MT.
The decision is written on the Decision of Minister of Trade Number 1207 / 2022 about Crude Palm Oil Reference Price on Out Fee and Tariff Service on Public Service Obligation on Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA) on 1–15 September 2022; the Decision of Minister of Trade Number 1206 / 2022 about Export Reference Price and Reference Price on Agriculture and Forestry Products which get Out Fee in September 2022; and the Decision of Minister of Trade Number 1208 / 2022 about Brand Lists of Refined, Bleached, And Deodorized (RBD) Palm Olein in Branded Package and weighing at the net ≤ 25 kilogram in September 2022.
“Now CPO reference price gets increasing and starting to be more than US$ 680/MT. That is why the government decided, CPO OF is US$ 74/MT on 1 – 15 September 2022,” General Director in duty of Foreign Trade Ministry of Trade, Veri Anggrijono said, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Wednesday (31/8/2022).
CPO OF in September 2022 refers to Colom 6, Attachment C, Regulation of Minister of Finance Number 123/PMK.010/2022 which is US$ 74/MT. The numbers are the same with the last period on 16 – 31 August 2022.
“The better CPO reference price happened for some, such as, the increasing soyoil price because of the increasing demands from China and India, and the decreasing currency of Ringgit which hits the lowest level,” Veri said. (T2)
