InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) slightly increased to be Rp 11.535/kg on Friday (26/8/2022), it means, it increased about Rp 15/kg compared to Thursday (25/8/2022) tender which was Rp 11.520/kg.
From what InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, in Belawan and Dumai it was Rp 11.535/Kg, in Teluk Bayur it was Rp 11.415/Kg but in withdraw (WD) status with the highest bid Rp 11.335/Kg. In Talang Duku it was Rp 11.415/Kg but in WD status with the highest bid Rp . 11.265/Kg.
The slight increasing price happened for the palm oil markets got the increasing price in the globe and other vegetable oil price did too. As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract at FCPOc3 for November 2022 delivery at Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased 0,56% to be RM 4.282 (US$ 957,51) in the early session. Prior in four days in a row, CPO contract at Malaysia Exchange increased 4,62%.
Meanwhile Chairman of Persatuan Organisasi Petani Sawit Indonesia (POPSI), Pahala Sibuea said, what the government did in the past 1,5 months has not significantly delivered impact to the smallholders’ fresh fruit bunch (FFB) price.
“Many issues are ahead in the export though many countries wanted it. Domestic market obligation and flush out also postpone the exports,” Sibuea told to InfoSAWIT, Friday (26/8/022).
