InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) got cheaper to be Rp 11.100/kg on Monday (15/8/2022). It means, it decreased Rp 325/kg compared to Friday (12/8/2022) tender which was Rp 11.425/kg.
From what InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, in Belawan and Dumai it was Rp 11.100/kg, in Teluk Bayur it was Rp 10.980/Kg but in withdraw (WD) status with the highest bid Rp 10.900/Kg.
In Talang Duku it was Rp 10.980 /Kg but in WD status with the highest bid Rp 10.830/Kg. In Palembang it was Rp 11.000/kg but in WD status with the highest bid Rp 10.890/Kg.
To boost CPO export, the Government of Indonesia implemented many strategis, such as, multiplying export quota to be 1:9 from the previous, 1:7, deciding CPO reference price that Ministry of Trade regulated in every two weeks (not in every month) and revising Out Fee structure.
From the official statement that InfoSAWIT got, CPO reference price to decide Out Fee on 9 – 15 August 2022 is US$ 872,27/metrict ton (MT). it got cheaper about US$ 743,56 or 46,02 percent from July 2022, which was US$ 1.615,83/MT.
It was written on the Decision of Minister of Trade Number 1157 / 2022 about CPO Reference Price that Has Out Fee and Service Tariff on Public Service Obligation on Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency on 9– 15 August 2022; Decision of Minister of Trade Number 1158 / 2022 about Export Reference Price and Reference Price on Agricultural and Forestry Products that Have Out Fee in August 2022 and Decision of Minister of Trade Number 1159 / 2022 about Lists of Brand of Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) Palm Olein in Packaged and Branded with the net weigh ≤ 25 kilogram in August 2022.
