India – Malaysia Agreed to Conduct Palm Oil Cooperation

InfoSAWIT, KUALA LUMPUR –President of Indian Vegetable oil Producers’ Association (IVPA), Sudhakar Desai mentioned, the institution signed memorandum of understanding with Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) in Malaysia International Agricommodity Expo & Summit (MIACES) 2022 to strengthen the cooperation in palm oil industries between both countries.

 “The MoU would be about collaboration to promote palm oil industries in India and information exchange which relates to sustainability, research and development in palm oil sectors,” he said, as quoted from Bernama in MIACES 2022, Thursday (28/7/2022) in Kuala Lumpur.

He also mentioned, both IVPA and MPOC would discuss dynamic issues with policy makers to get palm oil industries go forward in both countries. (T2)
