InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) on Tuesday (19/7/2022) was Rp 8.960/kg. it got cheaper Rp 290/kg compared to Monday tender (18/7/2022) which was Rp 9.250/kg.
From what InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, in Belawan and Dumai it was Rp 8.960/kg, in Teluk Bayur there was no purchase but at Rp 8.840/kg because in withdraw (WD) status within the highest bid at Rp 8.760/kg. In Talang Duku it was Rp 8.840/kg.
It is predicted, the companies’ storage tanks are still full, as Indonesia Palm Oil Association (IPOA) calculate – reached 7,2 million tons. This is not normal still. It means, the export process still faces issue. The implementation of domestic market obligation and domestic price obligation could be difficult to get ships to export, as member of palm oil expert board mentioned, Tuesday (19/7/2022).
