InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) on Wednesday (13/7/2022) got cheaper to be Rp 7.200/kg only. It means, it decreased about Rp 360/kg compared to CPO tender on Tuesday (12/7/2022) which was Rp 7.560/kg.
From what InfoSAWIT got from KPBN, in Belawan and Dumai it was Rp 7.200/kg, in Teluk Bayur it was Rp 7.080/kg but with no withdraw (WD) status and the highest bid was Rp 6.855/kg. In Lampung it was Rp 7.050/kg.
According to Indonesian Palm Oil Association (IPOA), the tank capacity in some mills are full reaching 4 million tons, while the stock in many ports and palm oil downstream industries reached about 7 million tons. “If the stock reached 8 million tons, it means, the CPO tanks are full,” General Secretary of IPOA, Eddy Martono said, as quoted from CNBC Indonesia.
By June 2022, CPO stock reached 6,3 million tons. Eddy told, the exports do not run well still but since June, the production got increasing and the only way to do is to accelerate the export.
