“The advantages in red palm cooking oil are in the nutrients and Vitamin A and E which are higher. We prioritize the nutrients in the process,” he said. The cooperation, micro, small, and medium businesses can apply the technology because it spent smaller investment than those in commerce. Besides, he continued, the logistic cost is smaller to produce red palm cooking oil.

“By having it, there would be buildings in palm oil plantation centers or villages and it would be cheaper because there is cost to get the logistics,” he said. It needs to educate and socialize about the advantages of red palm cooking oil for the people because it is different in color with general palm cooking oil.
